William J. Brown is the Managing Partner of TrustSphere Legal, PLLC, bringing more than 15 years of experience across real estate, asset protection, and business law. Licensed in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and certified by The Florida Bar as Authorized House Counsel, he represents clients throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States from his base in Tampa Bay, Florida.

A Kentucky native, William earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University — a double major in Theatre Arts and Political Science that still shows up in the courtroom — before completing his Juris Doctor on full academic scholarship at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he won a state championship with the Trial Advocacy Team. He began his career advising healthcare and small-business clients on corporate formation, contracts, and regulatory compliance across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, and later taught Legal Research as an adjunct professor at his alma mater.

In 2015, William relocated to Florida as in-house counsel for a major Tampa investment firm, overseeing legal operations across real estate, medical cannabis, and emerging Web3 technologies. As co-founder of a legal-tech startup, he works at the intersection of real estate and blockchain — including a proprietary platform that sells real estate online, accepts cryptocurrency, and records transactions on-chain (patent and trademark applications pending). In 2023 he delivered a keynote at an economic symposium in Lima, Peru, and he remains active in an international coalition of attorneys focused on cross-border collaboration. Outside the practice, he has traveled to 39 countries and enjoys chess, mystery novels, and fine Kentucky bourbon — honoring his roots.
